Job Description

Job Description - After - Sales Technical

Diagnose faults and assist with repair or replacement where necessary

Develop profitable business with current and new customers, building strong relationships and increasing the product mix sold.

Maintain contact with line manager, sharing feedback and customer sentiment with other office staff and field team as required.

Assist external sales staff with management of existing customers and new customers.

Identify opportunities to provide support to key customers around training on our E-mobility and distribution products.

Provide timely quotes and follow up with a view to winning new business, monitor and update all projects on the CRM system.

Support Increase in turnover in line with the company sales plan

Provide technical assistance to production personnel during manufacturing process.

Clear understanding of electrical distribution products, relevant Industry, market and competitor knowledge is essential

Computer literate and conversant in the use of software packages such as Microsoft outlook, excel and word.

Excellent telephone manner to compliment strong written communication skills.

Strong technical background with good knowledge of broad product range.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements
A recognised electrical apprenticeship/NVQ
BS7671:2018 18th Edition
Test and Inspection 2391 or equivalent
C&G 2919 Installation of EV Charge Equipment – preferred
Experience of 3 phase EV installations preferable but not essential
Flexibility and a want to impress attitude.
All candidates must also have a full, clean driving licence.
